A native Richmonder, Tim brings almost 15 years of real estate experience representing buyers, sellers and property managers. He is a graduate of Benedictine High School and Hampden - Sydney College. Tim is an associate broker and a graduate of the Graduate Real Institute. He is a past instructor in the Real Estate Academy where he taught a course on the Principles of Real Estate. Tim oversees the property management division of Augie Lange Realty. |

Julie Wescott Weissend has been in the real estate industry in Richmond for over 24 years. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and concentrations in Architecture and Real Estate. She worked for what is now Bank of America in Commercial Real Estate Finance until she left to partner with her husband, Paul Weissend, in Dovetail Construction Company, Inc. Dovetail is a premier residential and commercial construction firm known for its focus on sustainability and high performance (www.dovetailinc.com). Julie has been affiliated with Augie Lange Realty for over 15 years buying, selling and improving real estate.
